Single-layer PE pipes are widely used in water networks due to their low weight, practical installation, and robust resistance to corrosion and environmental conditions.

They deliver efficient performance with optimized project cost, especially in irrigation and potable water transfer systems.

Single-layer PE pipe production must comply with relevant technical standards to ensure quality and long-term performance, including DIN 8074, ASTM, and INSO 14427 according to application class.

Single-layer PE pipes are produced by extrusion. Polyethylene granules are melted and pushed through a die to form the pipe profile.

The pipe then passes calibration, vacuum, and cooling stages, followed by pulling, marking, and cutting to required lengths.

  • Low weight and easy transport/installation.
  • High flexibility and simple jointing.
  • Good resistance to weather and UV radiation.
  • Reliable pressure and impact performance.
  • Resistance to corrosion and many chemicals.
  • Long service life under proper operation.
  • Drip and pressurized irrigation systems.
  • Urban and rural water transmission lines.
  • Agricultural distribution and drainage.
  • Selected industrial fluid transfer lines.
